LIVE IN THE CIDER HOUSE THE TRADITION OF THE TXOTX

THE EXPERIENCE:
It would be unthinkable to leave the Basque Country without drinking and eating in one of our unique cider houses.

We will drive 15 minutes from San Sebastian, and ones in the cider house, I am going to tell you all about our old cider tradition. How it is produced, its evolution throughout history, and teach you how to taste it while showing you the facilities and the production as a friend. Then as exceptional guests of the cider house, you will enjoy the “Txotx” and its traditional dishes, and you will have option to learn about how they cook. After enjoying the Txotx in the cider house, we will go to the town of Astigarraga, where all the people who have eaten in the cider house meet, to continue enjoying the good vibes.

* Txotx: although technically it is the action of opening the “kupela” (barrel). For the locals the “Txotx” is one of ours hallmarks, being a festive act deeply rooted in friendship, respect, culture and fun. Txotx !!!

WHAT INCLUDES :
